An actor was the second thing that Jarrod ever wanted to be.

After he realized that knights don’t ride through the countryside slaying dragons anymore, acting became the goal. Years of performing in church plays and high school drama club helped to prepare him for the next level.

Jarrod wrote, directed and acted in “Cost of Living” which screened at the Short Film Corner of the 2005 Cannes Film Festival. Most recently his film “The Zombie Defense,” which he also wrote, co-directed and starred in, was an official selection of the 2017 Garden State Film Festival in Atlantic City!

In 2007, the boy who used to slay shrubbery dragons with a wooden sword moved to Los Angeles to turn his passion for make-believe into a career.
